This dashboard enables the admin to add and remove users on the Clientell’s Revenue intelligence platform.
Filters can be seen just below the “Manage Users” heading with a grey background.
These filters can be used to streamline the visible data to a particular group of people classified through managers, roles and status(active or deactivated).
Using this filter, the admin can choose among the managers. if he chooses one managers then that manager and only the people directly under her would be visible. This is an easy way to find a user when it comes to a big organization.
The filter can be accessed by clicking on the filter. Following that, a drop down will be visible and desired managers can be chosen by checking the checkboxes prior to their name.
In default state, all the managers are selected and by clicking the “All” checkbox, all the managers will be selected or deselected.
If no managers are selected, then the people with no managers assigned will be visible in the table.
This filter allows the admin to filter and view only the users with a particular job role.
The filter can be accessed by clicking on the filter. Following that, a drop down will be visible and desired users can be chosen by checking the checkboxes prior to that job role.
These job roles are automatically imported from salesforce, and the admin can even add a new job role selecting the “Others” option while creating a new user
In default state, all the roles are selected and by clicking the “All” checkbox, all the roles will be selected or deselected.
