This dashboard is only visible to admin and can be used to define different topics which can come up in the mails sent or received in a deal conversation.
It is a table-like dashboard which lists all the topics and there details.
Each topic should include the following details:
This is the topic name which will be displayed to the users for insights of the mails
This is also used as the title of the topic object created in the admin dashboard
They are the key identifiers which help the AI to find topics from the mails
Clientell’s algorithm works on delivering results with the highest accuracy to provide useful insights. And for that to work, these keywords need to need to be entered with utmost priority, research and discussion with the team.
Sentiment helps the AI to identify what kind of impact that topic have on the deal conversion

Using the “Add New” button on the top right corner of the table, the admin can add new topics to the list.
