The smaller numbers in shown below the metrics are the changes according to the filters. For example: If “Changes” filter is set to week, then the number will show the changes in respective metrics occurred in last 1 week.

The user can hide metrics for a better view to the dashboard by clicking on the “Hide Metrics” or Up abutton provided below the metrics.
